Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Museum business teams, technology organizations, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage technology demand, project intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning for Museum-supported applications and services.
• Gather and document business requirements, evaluate solution options, and develop technology recommendations.
• Coordinate solution delivery activities, including requirements, testing, deployment, training, and transition to support.
• Monitor application health, vendor performance, support issues, and technology lifecycle risks.
• Deliver vendor evaluations, RFP activities, and technology selection efforts.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, Architecture, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Maintain technology roadmaps, documentation, support models, and operational procedures.
• Provide hands‑on functional ownership, business support, and technology oversight for the following platforms: Galaxy / eGalaxy, CounterPoint, Shopify, Cin7, Clover, Terentia, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dyspatch, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, and Museum websites/digital experiences.
• Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures.
