Job summary

Celestar, a B&A company, supports INSCOM ARTPC and develops security documentation such as S&T Protection Plans and PPPs to protect critical Army technology and information.

The role provides risk mitigation across Army personnel, facilities, infrastructure, networks, and national security information, and involves engineering analysis, protection measure development, and coordination with government security specialists.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of engineering experience.
• Experience briefing SES/General Officer levels preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Provide RTP engineering analysis, including CTI identification, CPI assessments, CF analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.
• Results of support and related meetings will be documented in ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, an EXSUM, in the customer tracking database, and in the monthly status report (MSR).
• Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan, and ensure plan implementation at Government and contractor facilities where CTI/CPI reside.
• Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews on behalf of Army customers.
