Job summary

Celestar, a B&A company, seeks a Technology Protection Engineers (STEM) Level II to support INSCOM ARTPC security programs. You will perform RTP engineering analysis, CPI/CTI assessments, and risk evaluations to protect critical technology and national security information at Army facilities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in engineering and at least four years of engineering experience, plus TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Four years of engineering experience.
• Experience briefing SES/General Officer levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RTP engineering analysis: CTI ID, CPI/CF assessments, supply chain and risk evaluation.
• Contribute to threat ID and protection measure development based on engineering results.
• Document findings in ARTPC memos, EXSUMs, and monthly status reports.
• Collaborate with government security specialists to implement protection plans.
• Conduct CPI surveys/assessments and CTI methodology reviews.
