Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a STEM Engineer- Level III to support INSCOM, ASO, and ARTPC in Huntsville, AL. You will develop security related documentation, including S&T Protection Plans and Program Protection Plans, to safeguard critical technologies.

The role requires hands-on engineering analysis, CPI/CTI assessments, threat/risk mitigation, and collaboration with government and contractor security teams to ensure plans are properly implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Eight years of engineering experience in DoD, IC, or defense industry.
• Ability to research, decompose systems, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience briefing SES/General Officer levels preferable.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with senior officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide RTP training and engineering analysis including CTI & CPI assessments.
• Perform CF, supply chain, vulnerability analysis and risk evaluation.
• Document results in assessment memorandums and status reports.
• Collaborate with government and contractor security to develop protection plans.
• Conduct CPI Surveys and ACT-ID methodology reviews.
• Develop and operate a CIDA case management database and reporting.
