Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Technology Protection Engineer at Level II in Huntsville, AL, to support INSCOM and ARTPC. The role focuses on CTI/CPI/CF analysis, risk evaluation, and protection planning with government and contractor security teams.

The ideal candidate has four years of engineering experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong briefing skills for senior military officials; excellent written and oral communication is required.

Qualifications

• Four years of engineering experience.
• Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Provide RTP engineering analysis, including CTI identification, CPI assessments and CF analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.
• Document results of the support and related meetings in ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, AAR/EXSUM, and in the customer tracking database and monthly status report.
• Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure implementation at Government and contractor facilities.
• Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews for Army customers.
