Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Technology Protection Engineer Level II to support the U.S. Army INSCOM program and operate from Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on engineering analysis for protection of CTI, CPI, and critical functions within the ARTPC scope.

The incumbent will document results, interact with senior military leadership, and collaborate with government and contractor security specialists to implement protection plans. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Four years engineering experience is required.
• TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RTP engineering analysis including CTI identification, CPI assessments and CF analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.
• Document results of support and meetings in ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, EXSUM, customer tracking database, and MSR.
• Develop Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan with government and contractor security specialists and ensure implementation at government and contractor facilities.
• Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews for Army customers.
