Job summary

Harris in Fargo, North Dakota, seeks a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams. You will track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure documentation is up to date.

In this role you will support PMO alignment, project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership, while leveraging MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project management.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
