Job summary

Harris is seeking a Technology Project Manager to coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, track deliverables, budgets, risks, and documentation. The role emphasizes PMO alignment, stakeholder updates, and meeting facilitation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana). PMP/CAPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO support role.
• Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or working toward one) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
