Job summary

Harris is seeking a detail-oriented Technology Project Manager to support the PMO in planning, tracking, and reporting across multi-workstream projects. You will coordinate vendor activities, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with standards and tools.

You’ll help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain dashboards for leadership while ensuring alignment with PMO methodologies. A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project management.
• Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with PMO tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
