Job summary

Harris, a leading mechanical contractor, seeks a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams. You will track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring documentation is current, and organize meetings with clear agendas and minutes.

You will support reporting dashboards and status updates for stakeholders and leadership, helping ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Help ensure alignment with PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
