You will drive detailed project planning, risk management, budgeting, and client communications, ensuring high satisfaction and value delivery across multiple initiatives within our PPM Services group. A hands-on PM with 3–5 years of experience in IT-enabled projects will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years hands-on PM experience delivering technical network infrastructure projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope and duration.
• Establish strong client relations and manage expectations.
• Create detailed project plans, status reports, and manage issues, risks, actions.
• Manage project budget and billing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead client-facing meetings during key project phases.
• Escalate as needed and drive customer satisfaction.
