Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects spanning cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget across internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience with PMI methodologies (PMI) and Agile/Waterfall environments.
Ability to manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall processes for delivering applications and modernization.
Proficient in Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Project for tracking goals and timelines.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho for project tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Lead multi-stakeholder IT projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change control.
Plan and implement IT solution development projects.
Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to drive business value.
Build and maintain project schedules using standard tools.
Lead issue/escalation resolution related to budget, schedule, and scope.
Oversee Scrum meetings, project meetings, technical deep dives.
Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and report to leadership.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
Lead cross-functional, virtual and offshore teams.
Develop detailed project plans for tasks, risks, and timelines.
Ensure alignment with Presidio strategic objectives and client outcomes.
Act as trusted advisor guiding clients through challenges and outcomes.
Foster a consultative partnership to identify opportunities and ensure solutions align with goals.
