Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects across cloud infrastructure and DevOps for clients in healthcare, financial services, and more. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, and budgets, communicating with stakeholders to drive value through a consultative approach.

This customer-facing role requires collaboration with delivery and sales teams, strong cloud experience, and proficiency with tools like Jira/Confluence. PMP/CSM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT project management and general IT consulting.
• Experience with PMI methodologies; Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project for tracking goals and timelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho and similar PM tools.
• MS Office suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations across internal, partner and customer sponsors.
• Plan and implement IT solution development projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to drive business value for customers.
• Build and maintain schedules with relevant tools.
• Lead resolution of issues related to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Oversee Scrum meetings, project meetings, and technical sessions.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional, virtual and offshore teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to track tasks, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Align projects with Presidio's strategic objectives.
• Advise clients to shape delivery and drive measurable value.
• Foster a customer-first partnership across all project phases.
