Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects spanning cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and application modernization. You will work with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business value.

The role emphasizes customer-first delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups across hybrid and offshore teams in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT project management and IT consulting.
• Experience with PMI methodologies and Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall.
• Ability to manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall processes to deliver applications.
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho for project tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations and requirements of multiple project stakeholders (internal, partner and customer sponsors).
• Plan and implement IT solution development projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to drive business value for customers and Presidio.
• Build and maintain schedules with relevant tools.
• Lead resolution of issues related to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Oversee Scrum meetings, project meetings, technical deep dive sessions, etc.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports using PM tools.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to track tasks, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Ensure projects align with Presidio strategic objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and guide delivery to drive value.
• Foster a consultative partnership with customers and identify opportunities.
