Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project Manager.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• A+ computer certification and a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a technology degree.
• An Associate degree in IT with two years' experience may be considered.
• Four years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates technology projects for new schools to ensure goals are met within time frames.
• Attend site construction meetings and meetings with architects and district personnel.
• Develops project plans with goals, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
• Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Prepares project status reports and informs management and clients of progress.
