JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Systems Analyst II
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the management and web-based systems.
Knowledge of graphic arts and technical writing is required.
Strong communication and writing skills are required.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite, Dream Weaver, Quark, Web 2.0, HTML or other graphics software packages.
Experience planning and managing IT/web-based communications, graphics projects or special projects.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, math, technology, communications, English, marketing and or other related field. Four years of related work experience may be substituted for the college degree.
Excellent communication skills.

Supervisor, Software Applications and Databases
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Twelve (12) months; non-tenurable.
Evaluated by the Customer Service Manager consistent with statute, code and collective negotiations agreement.
Compensation and benefits as established by the collective negotiations agreement.
