Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-scale technology project management.
• Hands-on experience with timing, scoring, and results systems.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management across complex delivery programs.
• Experience delivering technology projects at venue and event scale.
• Familiarity with LA Games venues and operating environments.
• Experience supporting sporting events in the United States.
• Comfort working with delivery partners such as Omega and Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track detailed project schedules and milestones across the timing, scoring, and results technology program.
• Own RAID management from planning through Games-time readiness.
• Drive transition and readiness planning for reliable Games-time operation.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across departments, venues, and reporting lines.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners and report status to executives.
