Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Technology Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact initiatives across the firm’s critical technology priorities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing best-in-class program management to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. You will engage across greenfield software, cloud and data projects, and AI-enabled productivity efforts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Experience in at least two of the following: Technical Program Management, Financial services, or technology/financial services consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; PMP optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology organization.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
