Job summary

Capital One is seeking a forward-thinking Manager to join the Finance Integrated Program & Delivery (FIPD) team. You will lead high-impact initiatives across Finance, providing executive visibility and shaping delivery across multiple teams.

This role focuses on accelerating AI adoption, identifying value-driven opportunities, and translating complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership. You will manage risk, dependencies and deliverable plans with agile methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop concise executive-facing updates on progress, risks and decisions.
• Own strategic communications across the portfolio for executives and delivery teams.
• Identify connections and optimize cross-program delivery through an enterprise lens.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges; elevate issues early.
• Establish decision-making mechanisms and ensure actions follow ownership.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Anticipate future needs and impacts to keep leadership ahead of milestones.
• Identify AI opportunities, evaluate value, and translate ideas into actionable use cases.
• Provide critical visibility into the AI portfolio with standardized reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement with improved tools, automation, and practices.
