Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, ERP implementations, and cybersecurity programs. You will work with internal SMEs, MSPs, software vendors, and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects across global sites.

The role requires strong PM skills, cybersecurity expertise, and experience with cross-site deployments. Remote or hybrid work is possible near our PA HQ, with travel and multi-site coordination expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM).
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and regulatory frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR).
• 5–7 years of PM experience in IT-related projects (ERP, infrastructure, deployments).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage leadership communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal project manager for corporate technology initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, MSP resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead kickoff, status, steering committee, and post-project reviews.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and address issues impacting success.
• Coordinate milestones, action items, decisions, and resource requirements with MSP.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with business strategy.
• Develop executive status reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate change management and end-user communications throughout implementations.
• Support facility-related projects and onboarding acquisitions with MSP.
• Track KPIs and vendor deliverables to meet contractual obligations.
• Minimize manufacturing disruption during technology implementations.
