Job summary

Talent is assisting a rapidly growing client in need of an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead two streams: Infra/Cyber and ERP/CRM (D365 and Salesforce). You will own end-to-end program delivery—from planning through deployment and stabilization—while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

In this role you'll coordinate across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Architecture, Data, and the business, driving cloud migrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technology Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience delivering large, enterprise-wide infrastructure and/or enterprise application programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, IAM, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and systems integrations
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe is a plus).
• Experience within regulated industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and enterprise apps.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Architecture, Data, and the business.
• Drive cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, enterprise app implementations, integrations, and security initiatives.
• Establish governance, manage dependencies, oversee cutovers, and ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
