GM Performance Power Units in Concord, NC is seeking a Technology Program & Governance Manager to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives across multiple disciplines. This onsite role requires coordinating between business stakeholders, technology teams, suppliers, and procurement to ensure projects are well-defined, governed, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting; facilitating governance boards and change

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes and projects with strong governance.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience across infra, cybersecurity, software development, ERP, PLM, data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, risks and dependencies for technology programmes.
• Coordinate governance forums and steering committees; report progress to executives.
• Liaise with procurement, suppliers and internal technology teams; manage third-party resources.
