GM Performance Power Units in Concord, NC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations onsite. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, kitting, inventory control, and coordinating outbound shipments to support manufacturing and assembly.

The role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of material flow in a high-performance engine environment. Prior experience in automotive or motorsports parts rooms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with handheld scanners and label printers.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and inventory software.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, and material management.
• Verify documentation accuracy, including certificates of conformity and inspection reports.
• Enter data into ERP/WMS and Inventory Systems.
• Coordinate routing of items to departments and storage locations.
• Operate forklifts and manage material handling.
• Take inventory and stock materials.
• Pick, pack, and kit parts for manufacturing.
• Coordinate outbound transportation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards.
