Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value and align with the roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders across seniority levels to understand end-to-end processes and drive alignment on proposals.
• Define and refine epics and user stories to guide development teams and ensure delivery of value.
• Analyze complex business and data challenges and translate into actionable solutions with engineering teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify operations and enhance delivery efficiency.
