Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to drive quality, demos, and iterative improvements in a global financial environment, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a tech-focused role within financial services.
• 5+ years as a dedicated Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven background in Risk & Controls, Operational Risk, or Regulatory functions.
• Strong ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the backlog for two sprints ahead.
• Translate requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and UX to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead agile ceremonies and demos to stakeholders.
