Qualifications

8+ years in technology roles within financial services.
5+ years as execution-focused Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
Experience managing risk and controls, operational risk, or regulatory functions.
Proficient in defining acceptance criteria and driving quality.

Responsibilities

Own and master the backlog, ensuring clarity two sprints ahead.
Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Define the 'What' with stakeholders and track post-launch performance.
Demonstrate value through demos and gather feedback for iteration.
