Job description

The person in this role is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of products throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the strategic vision, and working closely with team members to deliver the right products and ensure revenue and margin goals are met. This also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. This position is responsible for leading a team that may consist of Product Owners and Business System Analysts.

Primary Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision and strategy through management of a multi-year roadmap.
  • Manage the whole product across the lifecycle using defined development process.
  • Know the market to effectively identify and frame new product opportunities.
  • Define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority, and strategic impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of internal and commercialized solutions.
  • Drive effective conversations with stakeholders and other senior leaders as necessary.
  • Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decisions as appropriate.
  • Lead a high performing team of POs and BSAs.
  • Serve as the product champion and subject matter expert for the business and functional partners.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office experience (including Visio).
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of experience with managing strategic roadmaps through agile methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%).
  • Comfortable working under ambiguity.
  • Skilled at negotiating compromise with stakeholder competing interests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • ERP experience is a plus!
  • Business case and KPI development and tracking.

Pay Range for All Locations Listed:

$106,325.40 - $170,099.42

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
