The role requires strong executive communication, business acumen, and breadth across engineering, data, cyber, and AI to deliver on modernization priorities while balancing regulatory obligations and risk.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in IT portfolio management or related leadership roles.
• PM certification required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the portfolio management office for a key business segment with governance and metrics.
• Manage overall portfolio financials, benefits realization, and governance processes.
• Directly manage senior program directors and project managers to develop talent for long-term goals.
• Provide strategic guidance to business leaders to manage escalations and regulatory issues.
• Align demand, investment, workforce, capacity, delivery, and risk across the portfolio.
