Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for development, design and optimization of Personal Lines application development platforms
- Analyze, select and modify enterprise systems
- Manage application software, network hardware/software installation and databases
- Plan and coordinate projects within the assigned area
- Define, deliver, support and audit information systems
- Identify technology opportunities and develop application strategies
- Plan and implement disaster recovery, backup, information security and control structures
- Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures and analyze variances
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and networks
- Manage disaster recovery plans and activities
