Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, and test complex solutions across multiple technologies.
• Lead code and design reviews and mentor engineers on system design and maintenance.
• Integrate existing systems and tools in collaboration with engineers and architects.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders for smooth operations and accurate planning.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues end-to-end and optimize performance.
• Serve as technical liaison between USAA and Accenture.
