Country Financial is seeking a Technology Supervisor to lead teams developing and optimizing Personal Lines application platforms. You will guide analysis, selection, and modification of enterprise systems, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure data protection across information systems.

This role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, with desired knowledge of Personal Lines insurance. The position offers a base pay range and eligibility for incentive pay, with hybrid, onsite and remote

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of relevant experience or combination of related experience, education and training.
• Personal Lines Insurance knowledge is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating performance.
• Direct the development, design and optimization of Personal Lines application platforms.
• Coordinate budgeting, schedules and feasibility studies for enterprise systems and applications.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, data security, and information system controls.
