• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational excellence in advancing technology; troubleshoot systems, databases and technology.
• Partner with system vendors to troubleshoot systems issues; lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Manage reporting and analytics, scheduling, training, escalations and independent decision-making.
• Provide supervision and direction to staff; monitor timecards and conduct annual performance appraisals.
