Job summary
Expion Health is building the future of pharmacy economics. The VP of Technology Operations will partner with the CIO/CTO to translate business priorities into scalable technology, data, and operational solutions.
You will lead a team, own a substantial technology budget, and work across platform, delivery, and security functions. You will drive technology strategy, product roadmaps, and cross-functional execution in healthcare, ensuring on-time delivery, client value, and scalable health plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus but experience matters more.
- 10+ years of progressive technology and business architecture experience in healthcare payer industry.
- Demonstrated ability to scale technology operations and collaborate with business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology leadership with data-driven strategies and recommendations.
- Develop technology strategy, roadmaps, and blueprints in collaboration with leaders.
- Provide strategic support to senior leadership on organizational goals and outcomes.
- Guide product delivery, engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to meet roadmaps.
