AbbVie is seeking a senior business technology leader to partner with MHI and functional teams to define dashboard, KPI, and reporting requirements across multiple areas. The role translates business needs into actionable tech solutions, manages development teams and vendors, and governs KPI definitions and data sources to ensure consistency and usability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, technical, scientific or analytic discipline.
6–10 years of experience leading in a multi-task, virtual and matrix organization.
8–10 years of experience in project management or business transformation roles.
6 years of experience as a business systems leader or technology consulting function.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Partner with MHI business leaders and functional teams to define dashboard, reporting, and KPI requirements across multiple areas.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for development partners and vendors and shape practical technology and data solutions.
Manage the development team and external vendors to deliver reporting tools, dashboard improvements, and related light development work.
Own the KPI library, including governance of definitions, business rules, and data sources for consistency across the organization.
Support reporting and analytics requests from internal customers with responsive issue resolution and data interpretation guidance.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
Identify opportunities to improve dashboards and reporting capabilities through innovations and process enhancements.
Maintain alignment with AbbVie policies, compliance requirements, data privacy, and related regulations across MHI systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, IT, Legal, and OEC for compliant reporting and omnichannel initiatives.
Track utilization, adoption, and value metrics to measure impact of dashboards and digital solutions.
Design solutions with a global perspective that are accessible, intuitive, and supportive of employee and customer experience.
