Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a technical expert for Clinical Supply Management to identify, engineer and optimize data, reporting, and integration solutions. You will design operational reports and dashboards from GxP clinical systems, and support system-to-system integrations with external vendor platforms.

As Business System Owner, you will insure the health, change control, and end‑user support for owned systems, while driving process improvements and providing training on reporting tools and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Strong SQL development skills with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing and deploying reports in Jaspersoft/JasperReports with parameterization and scheduling.
• Understanding of relational data models and data-warehouse concepts.
• Experience with system-to-system integrations and API/log analysis.
• Ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders and translate to technical deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy operational and management reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft and SQL against Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Own health, configuration, and support for assigned CSM systems, including change control and disaster recovery planning.
• Engineer and support integrations between CSM and external vendor platforms; implement API logging and monitoring.
• Triage integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and IT partners.
• Manage master data for CSM systems and assess downstream impact of changes.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive cross‑department process improvements.
