Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics & Reporting to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise dashboards, data products, and analytics solutions across Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting assets and data engineering capabilities.

The position requires onsite presence in Madison, WI up to four days a week and emphasizes governance, standards, and ongoing capability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, CS, MIS, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in BI/analytics/enterprise reporting.
3+ years leading or directing multidisciplinary teams.
Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions from requirements through support.
Experience with Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks for enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics and reporting team across Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks.
Organize priorities, manage performance, and support employee development.
Guide team in data modeling, automation, integration, testing, and scalable solution design.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data, dashboards, and reports.
Provide governance, standards, and lifecycle management for reporting assets.
