Job summary

AbbVie seeks a technical expert in data, reporting, and integration for Clinical Supply Management. You will design and deliver operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs from GxP clinical systems, while supporting system-to-system integrations and maintaining master data health.

You will own CSM systems, manage upgrades, and coordinate with IT and external vendors. You will also optimize processes, automate workflows, and drive change management with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• Strong SQL development across Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building reports in Jaspersoft/JasperReports with parameterization and scheduling.
• Experience with relational data models and data warehouses.
• Experience supporting or engineering system-to-system integrations including API concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership of a business system including change management and user communication.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, metrics and analytics development using Jaspersoft and SQL against Oracle and PostgreSQL data sources.
• Business System Ownership including system health, changes and end-user support.
• System integration engineering and support for external vendor platforms and internal systems.
• Integration issue triage and root cause analysis across logs, API responses and DB activity.
• Master data management for item master classifications and data mappings.
• Process optimization and automation to improve efficiency within Clinical Supply Management.
• System lifecycle, validation and compliance activities including documentation and UAT.
• Training and knowledge transfer for CSM systems and SOPs.
• Business and vendor partnership with global users and external vendors.
• New technology evaluation for tooling and data architectures.
