Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Quality Systems team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Analytical Capabilities to drive PV data analysis and visualization. You will develop dashboards and reports using Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor Pharmacovigilance quality and compliance, while supporting metrics delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative, scientific, or technical field.
2-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or solution development.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and understanding of data lineage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to monitor PV quality and compliance.
Support routine metrics delivery and documentation.
Collaborate with MSQ team, tech partners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance analytical solutions.
