• Operational Modernization: Lead process-improvement initiatives, identify operational gaps, and deploy corrective, preventive, and continuous-improvement workflows.
• Digital Transformation: Introduce automation, digital reporting, and modern toolsets to elevate work quality, operational efficiency, and team throughput.
• Program & Performance Execution: Oversee program schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management; track KPIs and deliver executive dashboards.
• Financial & Resource Management: Manage program budgets, capital investments, and recovery plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate deliverables across global teams and guide cross-functional groups through complex technical challenges.
