SiloSmashers, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to support a federal government client in planning, execution, and delivery of technology modernization initiatives.
The role focuses on Power Platform governance, licensing, data analytics modernization, and Agile project management practices to deliver MVP capabilities and transition to operations. The candidate will lead contractor teams, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP Certification required.
- One of: VMware Certified Professional or CompTIA Security+.
- 15+ years of PM leadership experience.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Full project management and oversight of contractors.
- Drive multiple workstreams to on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage contract operations and distributed teams (DC area).
- Maintain client interface at senior levels; review task plans and deliverables.
- Monitor risk, financials, and resource management; prepare progress reports.
- Recommend project priorities, timelines, and technical approaches.
- Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC/ADLC.
- Lead organizational change to support government delivery.
- Identify automation opportunities (RPA, scripting, PowerAutomate/UiPath).
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas to transition opportunities into projects.
