Job summary

SiloSmashers, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal modernization initiatives, including Power Platform adoption and Agile governance.

You will manage contractor teams, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while transitioning MVP capabilities to operations. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and experience with licensing, budgeting, and data analytics is required.

Qualifications

Requires U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
15+ years PM experience in supervisory/leadership roles; strong Agile/SDLC knowledge.
Experience licensing analysis, budgeting, and technology investment recommendations.
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead full project management for multiple concurrent workstreams and teams.
Oversee contract operation support and manage performance against budget and schedule.
Maintain client relationships at senior levels; present progress and deliverables.
Apply Agile/SDLC methodologies and modern PM tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project).
Identify automation opportunities (RPA, scripting) and transition to projects.
