Magnifica Air is building a new era of luxury air travel with a founding IT team shaping the platform from the ground up. You’ll own the delivery of a comprehensive technical ecosystem spanning Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust, scalable operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in airline IT, deep operational knowledge, and proven success delivering mission-critical, 24/7 systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem across Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems
• Oversee key systems including PSS, flight operations, crew scheduling, MRO, revenue accounting and ticketing, loyalty, web/mobile apps, and staff apps
• Lead vendor implementations and optimize airline platforms; manage integrations with ERP/Finance
• Build real-time operational resilience and incident response capabilities
• Support fleet expansion, route growth, and scalable operations

What you’ll do

You'll own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives spanning capabilities that cover Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems.

Key systems you’ll oversee include:

• Passenger Service System (PSS)
• Flight operations and dispatch
• Crew scheduling and rostering
• Maintenance & Engineering (MRO)
• Revenue accounting and ticketing integrations
• Loyalty
• Customer Web and Mobile apps
• Staff apps

Other systems that support Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise functions of the airline.

You’ll act as the primary IT partner the airline’s business functions, ensuring systems comply with aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO). You’ll also lead vendor implementation and optimization of airline platforms and manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/Finance.

Building systems for real-time operational resilience and effective incident response will be critical, as will supporting fleet expansion, route growth, and operational scaling.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in airline or aviation IT environments
• Deep understanding of airline operational workflows
