Description

One of our clients is seeking a Technology Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, solving complex design challenges, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Technology Lead should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of developers. Experience with AS400 and a deep understanding of the IBM platform are required. The role involves driving the development of innovative financial applications.

We support W2 and C2C consultants. W2 consultants benefit from a comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65/hr W2

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in RPG programming and a thorough understanding of the IBM i platform.
• Strong expertise in DB2, including database design, optimization, and management.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial applications and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
