Job description

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead with Workday Techno-Functional experience. This position will be responsible for developing integrations and leading the track end to end. This person will have to lead the integrations track and work with client business teams and IT teams to work on the design, build and testing of integrations end to end. The person should strictly follow the timelines and deliver with the good quality work. This person will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions. The person will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the digital technology team participating in HR digital projects, integration development and working with HR leads, Technical Product Managers, corporate and business unit teams and third parties, to orchestrate digital solutions in using Workday HCM. The person will be involved in providing testing support for Integrations and support activities related to Workday application maintenance and support. Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  2. Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones to the client location in Dallas, Texas.
  3. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  4. 3+ years of relevant experience in implementation, roll out, upgrade and support projects related to Workday HCM Applications.
  5. Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
  6. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.
  7. Experience in troubleshooting data issues / corrections, Workday reporting and analytics and security configs and changes.
  8. Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions.
  9. Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.
  10. Proficient in implementing IT/business solution in Workday HCM building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.
  11. Should have experience in HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Absence/Adaptive).

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Proficient in running reports to detect changes in the system from time to time.
  2. Proficient in performance tuning of reports and integration codes.
  3. Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
  4. Must be knowledgeable in agile, waterfall, and dev-ops methodologies.
  5. Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
  6. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle including experience in testing process across the project phases.
  7. Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports and be able to suggest best practices.
  8. Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects.
  9. Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems.
  10. Leadership and understanding of agile techniques desirable (e.g. BDD, TDD).
  11. An in-depth understanding of the end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on transitioning to agile methodologies especially agile test management.
  12. Knowledge of end to end functional flows in HR modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc.
  13. Must have very good testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools.
  14. Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,100 to $100,200
