  • Assess reliability and risk at key development milestones using predictive reliability methodologies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of validation strategies, including simulation, component testing, and customer application validation.
  • Ensure products meet maturity, performance, and reliability requirements before launch.
Drive Technical Governance & Product Integrity
  • Establish and maintain standardized technical maturity assessment processes.
  • Identify validation gaps and communicate associated risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design reviews and ensure lessons learned are integrated early in product development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve launch readiness and achieve product maturity goals.
  • Own engineering knowledge management processes related to electric boosting and fuel cell technologies.
  • Continuously improve risk management methodologies through lessons learned and best-practice integration.
  • Maintain and enhance engineering standards, guidelines, checklists, and standard work processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Centers of Excellence, Product Line teams, and Application Engineering leaders to identify capability gaps and develop training solutions.
  • Coach engineers and project teams on advanced risk management and reliability practices.
