Job summary

Visterra Landscape Group seeks a Technology Business Partner to lead the integration of acquired companies into the Aspire platform, aligning workflows, pricing, and billing with our standard processes.

You will collaborate with executives across functions, map operations, configure the system, and drive adoption while ensuring business continuity. Travel regularly to support branch operations and integrations is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, business, Landscape Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in landscape operations or integration management.
Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in field environments.
Willingness to travel regularly to support branches and integrations.
Experience with mergers & acquisitions is preferred (5 years).

Responsibilities

Act as the lead operational resource during integrations, understanding workflows including estimating, job costing, scheduling, and billing.
Own process mapping and translate operations into the Aspire platform setup.
Configure the Aspire system to reflect the new company's structure in collaboration with IT.
Document and standardize best practices across integrated companies.
Partner with leadership and departments for a coordinated integration effort.
Coordinate and conduct training on Aspire and Visterra procedures and provide post-stabilization support.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruption during integration.
