Visterra Landscape Group is seeking a Technology Business Partner in Rosemont, IL or remote within the United States. This full-time role leads the integration of acquired companies into Visterra's Aspire-based platform, translating operations into scalable configurations and ensuring seamless business continuity during transitions.

You will map processes, configure the Aspire system, train teams, and drive standardized practices across locations, partnering with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in landscape operations or integration management.
• Hands-on experience with Aspire and knowledge of its job costing, pricing, and markup features.
• Strong understanding of landscape services including maintenance, enhancements, and snow.
• Proven ability to lead change and manage complex projects across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in field environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support branch operations and integration efforts.
• 5 years’ experience of Mergers & Acquisition preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the lead operational resource during integrations, deeply understanding the acquired company's workflows including estimating, job costing, scheduling, and billing.
• Be the primary owner of process mapping and translate the acquired company's processes into the Aspire platform.
• Configure the Aspire system to reflect the new company's structure in collaboration with IT.
• Identify, document, and standardize best practices across newly integrated companies.
• Partner with acquired leadership, Visterra's executive team, and other departments to execute the integration.
• Conduct and coordinate training programs for new and existing teams on Aspire and Visterra's procedures; provide support during stabilization.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruption.
