Bollinger Shipyards, Inc. is seeking a Technology & Innovation Program Manager with 8+ years of experience to drive manufacturing technology initiatives across the company.

The role involves collaboration across facilities, planning, budgeting, and managing complex programs with site readiness, automation, and process

Formación

• 8+ years in project/program management, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, capital projects, or operational improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in shipbuilding or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, and performance metrics.
• Experience with technology implementation, automation, process improvement, and change management preferred.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and communications.
• Establish project governance, accountability, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, costs, and business outcomes.
• Partner with facility leadership and production teams to prepare for technology implementation.
• Coordinate site readiness, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handoff.
• Align project schedules with production requirements while minimizing disruption.
• Promote standardized implementation practices and replication across facilities.
• Develop and execute change management plans supporting new technologies and workflows.
• Coordinate training, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.
• Address barriers to adoption and support sustainable integration into daily operations.
• Ensure implemented solutions become part of standard work practices.
• Establish project KPIs and measure performance against scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Monitor results, benefits realization, and post-implementation outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio reporting and leadership updates.
