Bollinger Shipyards, Inc. in Pascagoula, MS is seeking a Technology & Innovation Program Manager with 8+ years in project/program management and manufacturing operations.

You will lead manufacturing technology initiatives, bridging innovation with operations and workforce adoption to deliver measurable business value. The role requires travel between Bollinger facilities and time in active shipyards and manufacturing environments.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, capital projects, or operational improvement.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in shipbuilding or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, and performance metrics.
• Experience with technology implementation, automation, and change management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and communications.
• Establish project governance, accountability, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, costs, and business outcomes.
• Partner with facility leadership and production teams to prepare for technology implementation.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation, testing, and operational handoff.
• Align schedules with production needs while minimizing disruption.
• Support deployment of equipment, automation, and manufacturing systems.
