Bollinger Shipyards, Inc. seeks a Technology & Innovation Lead with 8+ years in shipbuilding or manufacturing to drive technology advancement across facilities in Pascagoula, MS.

You will identify opportunities, build business cases, and guide capital investments to boost productivity, quality, and safety. Reporting to operations leadership, the role requires traveling between Bollinger facilities and working in shipyard environments to translate operational challenges into actionable technology

Formación

• 8+ years in shipbuilding, manufacturing, or related technical environment.
• Experience identifying or implementing manufacturing technology improvements.
• Experience working with production operations in shipbuilding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a manufacturing technology roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Research automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, and tooling.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with production leaders and engineering teams.
• Present data-driven recommendations and ROI analyses.
• Maintain a pipeline of innovation opportunities.
